• Within Charlotte: $14.99
• Charlotte Metro Area (outside Charlotte): $20.99
• Delivery Days & Hours:
• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Note: We do not offer specific delivery time slots, but all orders will be delivered within these windows.
• Pickup Option: Orders can be picked up at HK Craft House in Northlake Mall at no additional charge. Select this option at checkout to save on delivery fees.

Recipient Contact Information

To ensure successful delivery, we require the recipient’s phone number. If there are challenges with delivery (e.g., entry restrictions or incomplete address information), our team will contact the recipient to arrange a smooth delivery.

Non-Delivery Circumstances

In cases where our driver is unable to complete delivery due to restricted access or an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact the recipient. If delivery still cannot be completed, arrangements can be made to reschedule or redirect delivery, though additional fees may apply.
